The Administrative Technical Institute held a workshop entitled “Promoting Awareness and Fostering Respect on Campus,” organized by the Women’s Affairs Unit in cooperation with the Department of Materials Management Techniques. The event took place in the department’s hall.
The workshop was presented by Assistant Lecturer Aseel Nader Mousa, who emphasized the importance of cultivating a culture of mutual respect among members of the university community. She highlighted the role of ethical awareness and positive behavior in creating a safe and supportive academic environment that encourages learning, creativity, and personal growth. The session also addressed key behaviors that strengthen cooperation and a sense of belonging, as well as effective institutional and educational approaches to overcoming challenges that may affect the campus atmosphere.
The workshop was attended by a number of students and faculty members and featured productive discussions that encouraged the exchange of ideas on best practices for promoting respect for diversity and reinforcing university values. The event reflects the institute’s ongoing commitment to enhancing both its academic environment and campus culture.
