The Administrative Technical Institute in Basra organized a workshop entitled “Values and Workplace Behaviors”, hosted by the Studies and Planning Unit in collaboration with the Department of Materials Management Technologies, held in the institute’s Discussions and Seminars Hall.
The workshop, delivered by Assistant Lecturer Zainab Hadid Hamza, covered key topics related to the importance of professional values and workplace behaviors, their role in promoting institutional discipline, enhancing job performance, and building work relationships based on respect and responsibility.
The session was attended by institute staff, who actively engaged with the topics through discussions and questions, enriching both the practical and theoretical understanding of participants. The workshop reflects the Institute’s commitment to organizing educational and awareness activities that develop professional competencies and strengthen a culture of institutional work.
