The Administrative Technical Institute in Basra organized a workshop entitled “Professional Skills”, hosted by the Studies and Planning Unit in collaboration with the Department of Business Administration, as part of the Institute’s efforts to enhance the readiness of students and graduates for the job market.

The workshop, delivered by Assistant Lecturer Wael Abdulwahab Ghanem, covered key topics related to workplace requirements, including effective communication skills, teamwork, time management, and the fundamentals of preparing and building a strong CV. These elements aim to develop participants’ professional competencies.

Held in the Discussions and Seminars Hall, the workshop witnessed active engagement from attendees, who contributed questions and comments that enriched the discussion and highlighted the importance of such activities in bridging the academic and practical aspects of learning.

This workshop is part of a series of scientific and professional activities organized by the Institute to raise academic and professional standards and to strengthen graduates’ opportunities for effective integration into the labor market.
