The Dean of the Administrative Technical Institute, Professor Dr. Iman Askar Hawi, participated in the fifth session of the Southern Technical University Council for the 2025-2026 academic year, held at the Technical Engineering College in Basra, under the chairmanship of the University President, Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Atiq, with the attendance of the university’s assistants, deans of colleges and institutes, and other university officials.

The session discussed a number of important topics, including academic matters, promotions, student affairs, as well as reviewing all items on the agenda and making the necessary decisions regarding them.

This session reflects the university presidency and council’s commitment to monitoring the progress of educational and administrative processes and enhancing academic performance to achieve the objectives of Southern Technical University.
