As part of the activities for International Human Rights Day, the Human Rights Unit at the Administrative Technical Institute organized a workshop entitled “Human Rights for People with Special Needs”, aimed at highlighting the key rights and needs that ensure a dignified life for this important segment of society.
The workshop was attended by the Dean of the Administrative Technical Institute, Prof. Dr. Iman Askar Hawi, who emphasized in her speech the importance of raising awareness about human rights and promoting the values of equality and justice.
The session was delivered by Mr. Jalil Ouda Abdeljalil, who reviewed the main rights guaranteed for people with special needs, the legal frameworks that protect them, and discussed the challenges they face, along with ways to support and empower them.
