The Administrative Technical Institute organized a workshop entitled “Decision-Making and Strengthening Women’s Capacities and Their Role in Society” as part of the activities of the Women’s Affairs Unit, in cooperation with the Department of Materials Management Technologies.
The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Aseel Nader Mousa and covered key themes related to women’s empowerment, developing decision-making skills, and enhancing women’s participation in the community, with a particular focus on elevating the capabilities of female staff members in the workplace.
Held at the Department of Materials Management Technologies, the workshop attracted notable attendance from female members of the Institute, reflecting the institution’s commitment to supporting initiatives that raise awareness and empower women across various fields.
