As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance students’ skills and prepare them for effective integration into the job market, the Administrative Technical Institute organized a workshop entitled “Confidence: A Turning Point Toward Success”, conducted by the Career Preparation and Follow-Up Unit in collaboration with the Department of Materials Management Technologies.
Held in the department’s hall, the workshop attracted a number of students and individuals interested in developing personal and professional skills. The session was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Shams Al-Duha Ahmed Shanan and student Hussein Fadhil Hamoud, covering key topics focused on the importance of self-confidence in building a successful professional persona and on strategies for improving communication and interaction within the workplace.
The program included real-life examples and inspiring experiences demonstrating the impact of confidence on decision-making and goal achievement. It also addressed common challenges individuals face in building self-confidence and practical ways to overcome them effectively.
The workshop concluded with a set of recommendations encouraging students to continue developing their personal and professional skills and to take full advantage of the Institute’s training programs to enhance their readiness for the job market.
