Administrative Assistant Dean Inspects Preparations for the Establishment of New Academic Departments

Dr. Jaafar Sadiq Al-Wazni, Assistant Dean of the Administrative Technical Institute, visited the institute’s administrative departments to review the progress of preparations and arrangements for equipping classrooms and their laboratories. The visit comes as part of the ongoing preparations to establish new academic departments in accordance with the Polytechnic system

During his tour, Dr. Al-Wazni emphasized the importance of completing all logistical and technical requirements, including equipping classrooms with the necessary educational facilities and supplying laboratories with the required materials and equipment in line with approved academic standards. These preparations are being made ahead of the anticipated visit by the ministerial committee, scheduled to take place at the institute next Sunday or Monday

He further stressed the need for concerted efforts among the relevant departments and units to complete the rehabilitation and equipping works within the specified timeframes. This would reflect the institute’s level of institutional readiness and its capacity to fulfill the requirements for establishing the new academic departments under the Polytechnic system, while contributing to the development of the educational environment and enhancing the quality of academic services provided to students
