The Psychological and Educational Counseling Unit at the Administrative Technical Institute, in cooperation with the Department of Business Administration Techniques, organized a workshop entitled “Psychological Readiness and Its Impact on Academic Achievement” at the department hall, delivered by Assistant Lecturer Jihan Ali Fadel.
The workshop addressed the importance of psychological readiness in enhancing students’ motivation and academic performance, as well as the influence of psychological factors within the educational environment. It also witnessed active participation from attendees, along with discussions that enriched its key themes.
