The Deanship of the Administrative Technical Institute in Basra honored Dr. Wael Hatem Nasser, Head of the Business Management Techniques Department, on the occasion of the conclusion of his term as department head, in recognition of his outstanding efforts and his academic and administrative contributions during his period of service.
