As part of the Investment and Entrepreneurship Fair, the Administrative Technical Institute in Basra, through its Technology Incubator Unit, organized a workshop entitled “Five Steps to Start Your Project”, aimed at promoting an entrepreneurial culture and supporting emerging ideas and startups.
The workshop was delivered by Trainers Farouq Adel Lafta and Zaman Imran Habib, who outlined the key practical steps for establishing entrepreneurial projects, from generating an idea and preparing a feasibility study to planning and execution. They also highlighted the common challenges faced by entrepreneurs and strategies to overcome them.
This workshop is part of the Institute’s efforts to empower students and graduates, develop their entrepreneurial skills, and bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application, contributing to fostering an innovative environment and supporting sustainable economic development.
