{"id":29608,"date":"2026-05-08T23:23:59","date_gmt":"2026-05-08T20:23:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bati.stu.edu.iq\/?p=29608"},"modified":"2026-06-04T02:11:41","modified_gmt":"2026-06-03T23:11:41","slug":"29608","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bati.stu.edu.iq\/en\/29608\/","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Psychological and Educational Counseling Unit at the Administrative Technical Institute, in cooperation with the Department of Business Administration Techniques, organized a workshop entitled <strong>\u201cPsychological Readiness and Its Impact on Academic Achievement\u201d<\/strong> at the department hall, delivered by Assistant Lecturer <strong>Jihan Ali Fadel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop addressed the importance of psychological readiness in enhancing students\u2019 motivation and academic performance, as well as the influence of psychological factors within the educational environment.
