The Administrative Technical Institute organized a scientific workshop entitled \u201cInner Emptiness Amid Constant Busyness: Challenges of Meaning and Psychological Fulfillment.\u201d<\/strong> The event was held by the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit in cooperation with the Department of Business Administration Techniques in the institute\u2019s seminar and discussion hall.<\/p>\n

The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Jihan Ali Fadel<\/strong>, who explored the growing sense of inner emptiness that many individuals experience despite the fast pace and demands of modern life. She highlighted how academic and professional pressures can contribute to increased anxiety and reduced personal satisfaction, while also presenting practical strategies to promote mental well-being, strengthen self-awareness, and develop goals that align with personal values.<\/p>\n

The event was attended by students and faculty members and featured engaging discussions that enriched the workshop\u2019s themes.
