Under the patronage of the Deanship of the Administrative Technical Institute, the University Psychological Counseling Unit, in collaboration with the Activities Division, organized a workshop titled \u201cPromoting a Culture of Dialogue on Campus as a Means to Combat Extremism.\u201d The event was held at 10:30 a.m. in the Discussions and Conferences Hall.<\/p>\n

The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Ilham Omair Sahi, who highlighted the importance of fostering constructive dialogue among students as an effective tool for reducing intolerance and extremist tendencies. She emphasized that the university environment serves as a vital space for exchanging ideas and respecting intellectual and cultural diversity.<\/p>\n

The session also addressed the foundations of positive communication, strategies for managing differences, and the role of educational institutions in promoting the values of tolerance and openness.<\/p>\n

The workshop featured interactive discussions and contributions from attendees, focusing on ways to raise awareness about the importance of responsible dialogue and to develop student-led initiatives that reinforce moderation and mutual understanding across campus.<\/p>\n

This activity forms part of a broader series of initiatives organized by the institute in support of psychological counseling and intellectual awareness programs, contributing to the preparation of a conscious generation capable of confronting extremist ideologies through reason, logic, and a strong sense of responsibility.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
