The Administrative Technical Institute organized an educational workshop titled \u201cPromoting Cultural Dialogue and Intellectual Exchange.\u201d<\/strong> The event was hosted by the University Psychological Guidance Unit in collaboration with the Department of Business Administration Techniques, as part of a series of initiatives aimed at strengthening cultural awareness and fostering constructive dialogue among students and staff<\/p>\n

The workshop featured a lecture delivered by Assistant Lecturer Izz al-Din Sakban Atiyah, who explored several key themes highlighting the importance of cultural dialogue in shaping well-balanced individuals. He emphasized its vital role in promoting mutual understanding and encouraging respect for intellectual and cultural diversity within the academic community<\/p>\n

The session also addressed practical approaches to positive dialogue and effective idea exchange in a respectful and civilized manner. These approaches aim to reduce intellectual disagreements and cultivate a university environment grounded in openness, acceptance, and collaboration<\/p>\n
