The Administrative Technical Institute in Basra organized a two-day workshop<\/strong> entitled \u201cBudget Management and Financial Planning\u201d<\/strong>, hosted by the Women\u2019s Affairs Unit in collaboration with the Department of Materials Management Technologies, as part of its efforts to enhance participants\u2019 financial and administrative skills.<\/p>\n

The workshop, delivered by Assistant Lecturer Shams Al-Duha Ahmed Shanan<\/strong>, covered key topics including project budget preparation, efficient expense management, and methods for securing funding. The session emphasized practical and applied aspects, presenting models and examples to reinforce modern financial concepts.<\/p>\n
