The Administrative Technical Institute organized a workshop entitled \u201cDecision-Making and Strengthening Women\u2019s Capacities and Their Role in Society\u201d<\/strong> as part of the activities of the Women\u2019s Affairs Unit, in cooperation with the Department of Materials Management Technologies.<\/p>\n

The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Aseel Nader Mousa and covered key themes related to women\u2019s empowerment, developing decision-making skills, and enhancing women\u2019s participation in the community, with a particular focus on elevating the capabilities of female staff members in the workplace.<\/p>\n

Held at the Department of Materials Management Technologies, the workshop attracted notable attendance from female members of the Institute, reflecting the institution\u2019s commitment to supporting initiatives that raise awareness and empower women across various fields.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
