The Administrative Technical Institute in Basra<\/strong> received a delegation from the Southern Technical University Presidency<\/strong>, which included Dr. Iyad Abdul Khaliq Yahya<\/strong>, Head of the Scientific Affairs Department, and Dr. Raed Abdul Zahra Abdul Redha<\/strong>, Head of the Student Affairs Department. The visit aimed to monitor ongoing operations and review the status of the academic and administrative departments at the institute.<\/p>\n

The delegation was welcomed by Prof. Dr. Iman Askar Hawi<\/strong>, Dean of the Administrative Technical Institute in Basra, along with several department heads. The meeting focused on discussing ways to enhance the quality of technical education and improve academic and administrative performance in line with the Southern Technical University\u2019s strategy<\/strong> to strengthen its educational outcomes.<\/p>\n

The visit also included a field tour of the Dean\u2019s office, various departments, and classrooms to assess infrastructure readiness and preparations for the new academic year.<\/p>\n

The delegation commended the institute\u2019s notable progress in administrative organization and in fostering a supportive academic environment for students, expressing appreciation for the Dean and staff\u2019s dedicated efforts in advancing the mission of technical education.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
