The University Counseling Unit, in cooperation with the Department of Legal Administration, organized a seminar titled:
\n\u201cAn Overview of the Personal Status Law No. (1) of 2025: The Code of Sharia Provisions in Jaafari Jurisprudence within the Social and Family Context.\u201d<\/p>\n

The seminar was presented by Assistant Lecturer Haneen Mahmoud Ibrahim and Assistant Lecturer Basim Mohammed Abdul-Imam, with the attendance of Prof. Dr. Iman Askar Hawi, Dean of the Institute, Dr. Jaafar Sadiq Al-Wazni, Associate Dean, and Dr. Omar Salah Al-Din Nouri, Head of the Legal Administration Department.<\/p>\n

Also in attendance were Asst. Prof. Alaa Abdul-Zahra Jamagh, Head of the Women\u2019s Affairs Division at the University Presidency, and Mr. Ali Mahmoud, Head of Student Activities at the Southern Technical University, along with a number of faculty members and staff.<\/p>\n

The seminar aimed to raise legal and social awareness among students and staff, while shedding light on the impact of the Personal Status Law on family and community life.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
