with Dean Dr. Iman Askar Hawi<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Iman Askar Hawi, Dean of the Administrative Technical Institute in Basra, met with Maher Ibrahim Al-Amiri, Deputy Governor of Basra for Administrative Affairs, to discuss ways to support the newly established institute and enhance its educational and administrative environment.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Amiri affirmed that the local government places special emphasis on the needs of technical colleges and institutes in Basra Province, noting that the Southern Technical University oversees technical education institutions across the provinces of Basra, Dhi
