Workshop on Human Resource Management in Recruitment at the Administrative Technical Institute \u2013 Basra<\/p>\n

Sponsored by the Southern Technical University and the Deanship of the Administrative Technical Institute in Basra, the Office Management Technologies Department, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit, organized a workshop titled \u201cIntroduction to Human Resource Management in Recruitment.\u201d<\/p>\n

The workshop was led by Assistant Lecturer Azeddine Sakban and attended by Dr. Iman Askar Hawi, Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs, along with the department\u2019s rapporteur and several staff members.<\/p>\n

The session covered effective recruitment strategies, talent selection, and the challenges faced by HR managers. The event saw active participation from attendees, who emphasized the importance of developing administrative skills to keep pace with labor market demands.<\/p>\n
