Seminar on \u201cPrinciples of University Life and Student Disciplinary Regulations\u201d at the Technical Administrative Institute<\/p>\n

As part of the Psychological Counseling Week activities and sponsored by the Southern Technical University and the Deanship of the Technical Administrative Institute, the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit, under the supervision of Dr. Iman Asker Hawi, organized a seminar titled \u201cPrinciples of University Life in Light of Student Disciplinary Regulations No. 160 of 2007,\u201d marking the third consecutive day of the week\u2019s events.<\/p>\n

The seminar was presented by lecturers M.M. Bassim Mohammed and M.M. Haneen Mahmoud, who highlighted the key university disciplinary laws. They also discussed the potential penalties that students could face for violating regulations or disturbing the general order within the university campus, including verbal or physical assaults on faculty or administrative staff members. Emphasis was placed on the importance of adhering to the rules in order to maintain a disciplined and productive academic environment.<\/p>\n

The seminar created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with second-year students welcoming their new peers from the Office Management Technology Department with flowers and best wishes for success, strengthening the spirit of cooperation and friendship among the students.<\/p>\n

The seminar began with a recitation of verses from the Quran by Dr. Ahmed Fakher, followed by the national anthem. Dr. Iman Asker Hawi, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, delivered a welcoming speech in which she encouraged students to adhere to university regulations and urged them to work hard and excel academically from the start of the academic year. Dr. Wael, Head of the Office Management Department, also offered a welcoming address, providing advice on the essential duties students should observe to foster a successful and effective learning environment.<\/p>\n

The seminar concluded with lively interaction from the students, who showed interest and readiness to collaborate with their faculty and administrative staff, reflecting a growing awareness of the importance of an organized university life to achieve academic and professional success.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
