a workshop titled “Personality Determinants” focused on self-development and the importance of administrative specializations.
The workshop, organized by the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the Technical Administrative Institute, was supervised by Dr. Iman Asker Hawi, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, and presented by Mr. Ahmed Muzahim. This event, part of the week’s scheduled activities, attracted notable participation from faculty members and students.
The workshop highlighted the significance of individual personality and its impact on society, emphasizing the family’s role in shaping behaviors. It encouraged students to strive for self-improvement through diligence and academic achievement, stressing that while one cannot choose the circumstances of their birth, they can refine and develop their character.
The speaker also underscored the vital role of administrative specializations in building societies, praising their impact and urging students to excel and innovate in their fields to become future leaders.
