Workshop on the “Speicher Massacre” Held at the Administrative Technical Institute in Basra
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Adnan Abdullah Atiq, President of the Southern Technical University, and the supervision of Dr. Iman Askar Hawi, the Psychological Guidance and Educational Counseling Unit, in collaboration with the Office Management Techniques Department and the Legal Division, organized a workshop titled “The Speicher Massacre.”

The session was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Basim Mohammed Abdul-Imam and was attended by a number of faculty members, staff, and students.
The workshop took place on Monday, April 28, 2025, in the Seminar and Conference Hall at the institute’s main building.
