The Administrative Technical Institute Completes Roof Maintenance to Enhance Infrastructure
As part of ongoing efforts to improve infrastructure and provide a modern educational and administrative environment, the Administrative Technical Institute has completed comprehensive roof maintenance work. The project included addressing cracks and reapplying thermal and waterproof insulation to protect the building from weather conditions and ensure its long-term durability.
The engineering maintenance team stated that the project was undertaken in response to the urgent need to enhance the building’s efficiency and mitigate potential impacts from climatic factors, adhering to modern technical and engineering standards.
Dr. Iman Askar, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, emphasized that this initiative is part of an integrated plan to develop the institute’s infrastructure, aiming to enhance the quality of administrative and educational services offered to students and staff. She expressed her gratitude and appreciation for the efforts of the engineering and technical teams involved in the project.
It is worth noting that the roof maintenance is part of a series of developmental projects being implemented at the institute, designed to improve the working and learning environment in alignment with the Southern Technical University’s vision of promoting sustainable facilities and achieving comprehensive quality standards.
