Dr. Iman Askar Hawi, the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs at the Administrative Technical Institute in Basra, held a meeting with key department heads, including the heads of the Electronic Computing Division, Government Relations and Communications Division, Student Activities Division, and the Citizen Affairs Unit

The meeting aimed to explore effective strategies for improving operational mechanisms within the institute to ensure efficient and prompt services for students and visitors. Dr. Iman emphasized the importance of collaboration among departments to streamline task completion and enhance satisfaction among beneficiaries

She also highlighted the need to improve communication channels with students and citizens by leveraging modern technologies and strengthening the role of the Government Relations and Communications Division to foster effective engagement
