Lecture on “Employee Personal Development for Achieving Organizational Excellence” Sponsored by the Southern Technical University

As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, and Sponsored by the Southern Technical University and the Deanship of the Administrative Technical Institute, a cultural lecture titled “Employee Personal Development for Achieving Organizational Excellence” was held on Thursday.

The lecture was delivered by Mr. Ahmed Muzahim Hadi from the Office Management Department. It covered several key topics, including the importance of personal development for employees in enhancing job commitment, discipline in task execution, and fostering teamwork. The lecture emphasized that these values are fundamental to achieving institutional goals and promoting organizational excellence in educational, service, and production institutions.

The event was notably attended by Dr. Iman Askar, Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs, along with department heads, faculty members, institute staff, and students from various departments.

This lecture is part of a series of activities aimed at developing entrepreneurial skills and enhancing organizational culture among employees and students, contributing to institutional excellence and improving performance efficiency in the workplace.
