Lecture on “Climate Impact in Iraq” during Global Entrepreneurship Week

As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, the Administrative Technical Institute, Sponsored by Southern Technical University and the supervision of Dr. Iman Askar, Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs, hosted a lecture titled “Climate Impact in Iraq.”

The session featured Assistant Lecturer Basim Mohammed Abdul-Imam from the Office Management Department, who discussed the effects of climate change in Iraq. He reviewed key national and international legislations aimed at combating risks associated with carbon emissions and environmental pollution, and explored the development of environmental concepts within the framework of sustainable development.

The event was attended by the University’s Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, the Director of the Scientific Affairs Department, department heads, faculty members, and students, reflecting the institute’s commitment to engaging with environmental issues and global developments in this field.
