Service description
  • An electronic service dedicated to receiving inquiries, following up on requests from citizens and employees, and requesting an interview with officials in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

Steps to apply for the service

  • Log in or create an account in the Ur electronic portal by clicking on the “Go to the service” button. For more details, see the frequently asked questions and the explanatory video, click here.
  • Enter the required information correctly, make sure to download all documents, and click the save button.
  • You will receive a text message indicating that registration has been completed. With the link to follow the stages of processing the application and its status
  • Click on the download form button, A document containing the application number will arrive. This document can be printed or saved on the phone, and the quick response code “QR-code”. And use it to track the status of the order.
  • A text message will arrive on your phone informing you of the stages of processing the request and its status.

Documents required to complete the service

  • National card or civil status ID.
  • Request priorities.
  • It is possible to download another attachment related to the request or complaint (optional)
