“Basra Technical Administrative Institute Organizes a Workshop on “The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Scientific Research

On Thursday, January 23, 2025, the Basra Technical Administrative Institute held a scientific workshop titled “The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Scientific Research,” presented by Lecturer Ms. Shams Al-Duha Ahmed Shanan

The workshop took place in the institute’s discussion and seminar hall, attended by the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, along with faculty members, staff, and studentsThe session explored the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in enhancing the quality of scientific research and streamlining research processes. It highlighted key AI tools and applications that researchers can utilize across various fields. Additionally, the workshop addressed the main challenges faced in integrating AI into research and proposed practical solutions to overcome them

The event concluded with an open discussion, where the speaker answered attendees’ questions. Participants praised the relevance of the topic and emphasized the importance of leveraging modern technology to advance scientific research
