Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs Visits Administrative Departments to Ensure Academic Quality Standards

As part of ongoing efforts to uphold the highest administrative and academic quality standards, Dr. Iman Askar Hawi, Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs, conducted an inspection visit on Thursday, January 2, 2025, covering the Departments of Accounting Technologies and Office Management Technologies.

During the visit, Dr. Iman reviewed the administrative workflow in these departments, listening to detailed explanations about work mechanisms, organizational methods, and the challenges faced by administrative staff. She also monitored the efforts to implement administrative guidelines and regulations to ensure efficient and effective operations.

At the Department of Accounting Technologies, Dr. Iman examined the workflows of the examination committee, including procedures for documenting results and grading exam papers. She emphasized the importance of maintaining transparency and integrity in all processes.

In the Department of Office Management Technologies, the visit focused on file organization and data documentation. Special attention was given to the examination committee’s methods for documenting results and ensuring the accuracy of exam grading.

Dr. Iman commended the efforts of the administrative and academic staff during her tour, highlighting the importance of continuously improving performance and developing skills in line with academic and administrative quality requirements.
