Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs Visits Departments to Ensure Academic Quality Standards
As part of ongoing efforts to uphold the highest standards of administrative and academic quality, Dr. Iman Askar Hawi, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, conducted an inspection visit on Thursday, January 2, 2025. The visit included the Accounting Technologies Department and the Office Management Technologies Department.
During her visit, Dr. Iman reviewed the administrative workflow within the departments. She listened to detailed explanations about work mechanisms, methods of organizing administrative processes, and the challenges faced by the administrative staff. She also monitored the efforts made to implement regulations and administrative guidelines, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
In the Accounting Technologies Department, Dr. Iman examined the procedures of the Examination Committee, including methods of documenting results and grading exam booklets. She emphasized the importance of adhering to principles of transparency and integrity in all processes.
In the Office Management Technologies Department, the focus was on file organization and data documentation. Dr. Iman reviewed the department’s practices and examined their examination-related procedures, stressing the importance of accuracy and consistency.
Dr. Iman praised the efforts of the administrative and teaching staff in both departments during her visit. She underscored the need for continuous improvement in performance and skill development to meet academic and administrative quality requirements.
