Administrative Technical Institute Holds Training Course on Modern Management and Administrative Excellence
The Administrative Technical Institute organized a five-day training course entitled “Modern Management and Administrative Excellence Skills.” The program was conducted by the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit in cooperation with the Department of Materials Management Techniques and took place in the department’s hall.
The course was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Shams Doha Ahmed Shannan, who explored key concepts of modern management and effective approaches to enhancing institutional performance. The sessions also focused on developing leadership and managerial skills essential for success in contemporary workplaces.
The course aimed to strengthen participants’ professional capabilities and provide them with the knowledge and tools needed to improve workplace efficiency and make effective administrative decisions. The program witnessed active engagement from attendees through discussions and the exchange of practical experiences, contributing to a deeper understanding of administrative excellence and best management practices.
