Administrative Technical Institute Organizes Training Course on Project Management

The Administrative Technical Institute conducted a five-day training course entitled “Project Management.” The program was organized by the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit in cooperation with the Department of Materials Management Techniques and was held in the department’s hall.

The course was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Hind Ali Sabri, who introduced participants to the fundamental concepts of project management, including planning, organization, monitoring, and project execution. The sessions also covered modern tools and techniques commonly used in project management practices.

The course aimed to enhance students’ skills and strengthen their capabilities in planning and management, equipping them with practical knowledge and competencies that align with the evolving demands of the labor market.
