The Administrative Technical Institute held a scientific workshop titled “Complementary Medicine: Between Science and Practice,” organized by the University Psychological Counseling Unit in collaboration with Al-Batoul Center for Complementary Medicine, in the institute’s Discussions and Seminars Hall.

The workshop was presented by therapist and researcher Amira Mahmoud Hassan, who discussed the concept of complementary medicine, its importance in supporting the healthcare system, and its role in complementing conventional medicine, while highlighting the scientific foundations it relies on and the methods for applying it safely and effectively.

The workshop witnessed notable attendance from faculty members, students, and health enthusiasts, featuring a fruitful scientific discussion and questions that enriched its topics, helping to raise awareness of the importance of integrating scientific knowledge with practical application in the health field.
