The Administrative Technical Institute organized a specialized workshop entitled “Project Management: From Idea to Implementation”, conducted in collaboration between the University Psychological Guidance Unit and the Department of Business Management Technologies.

The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Ezzedine Sakban Atiya, who outlined the scientific foundations for transforming ideas into actionable projects. He also discussed planning, monitoring, and performance evaluation mechanisms aligned with the requirements of the modern job market.

Held in the Discussions and Seminars Hall, the event attracted significant attendance from students and interested participants, who engaged with questions and discussions that enriched the workshop’s topics and enhanced practical understanding of project management principles.
