The Continuing Education Unit at the Technical Administrative Institute in Basra, in collaboration with the Department of Office Management Techniques, organized a workshop titled “Leadership and Change Management”, presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wael Hatem Nasser.
The workshop aimed to develop participants’ skills in effective leadership and change management strategies within the workplace, contributing to institutional performance improvement and fostering a culture of initiative and innovation among administrative staff.
The session was attended by a number of faculty and staff members who actively engaged with the workshop topics and enriched the discussions through their insights and experiences.
