As part of the institute’s shift toward digital administration and the facilitation of student services, Prof. Dr. Iman Askar Hawi, Dean of the Administrative Technical Institute in Basra, accompanied by Dr. Jaafar Sadiq Al-Wazni, Assistant Dean, visited the Accounting Techniques Department as part of an awareness campaign introducing the HEPIQ program.

The visit aimed to explain the registration mechanism for the program, which represents an important step in simplifying several student services such as:

•Issuing university ID cards

•Submitting enrollment verification requests

•Applying for graduation documents

•And other digital services that support students throughout their academic journey and beyond.

The Dean emphasized the importance of prompt registration to benefit from these services, which align with digital transformation efforts and contribute to saving both time and effort for students and the administration alike.
