The Administrative Technical Institute in Basra held its first council meeting for the 2025–2026 academic year, chaired by Professor Dr. Iman Askar Hawi, Dean of the Institute, and attended by the council members.
The session included a discussion of the directives issued by the President of the Southern Technical University during the University Council meeting held on September 30, 2025. Emphasis was placed on the importance of the academic departments’ follow-up on student registration in the HIPIQ program, along with several other guidelines aimed at enhancing academic and administrative performance within technical education institutions.
