Sponsored by the Southern Technical University and the supervision of the Deanship of the Technical Administrative Institute in Basra, a workshop on data automation and archiving of official books using barcode technique

The Studies and Planning Division at the Technical Administrative Institute in Basra organized a specialized workshop entitled (Data Automation and How to Archive Official Books Using Barcode Technology), which was presented by the Division’s Head, Engineer Sanaa Hassan Zboon

The workshop was attended by the Administrative Assistant, Dr. Iman Askar Hawi, and a number of lecturers and members of the scientific departments and branches. During the workshop, the importance of data automation in accelerating procedures and facilitating archiving operations using modern barcode technology was highlighted. Practical experiences and examples were also reviewed on how to apply the technology to enhance the efficiency of administrative work at the institute

This workshop comes within the framework of the efforts of the Southern Technical University and the Technical Administrative Institute to adopt modern technology and improve the services provided, which contributes to the development of academic and administrative work and providing the required support to employees and students alike
