As part of efforts to raise environmental awareness and strengthen social responsibility, a tree-planting campaign was carried out at the Administrative Technical Institute, under the patronage of the President of Southern Technical University and supervised by the Administrative Technical Institute / Department of Business Management Technologies.
The campaign was led by Assistant Lecturer Ezzedine Sakban Atiya, with the participation of a group of students from the department. Over 50 saplings were planted in one of the courtyards near the Computer Center, in an initiative aimed at supporting environmental sustainability and promoting a culture of caring for green spaces within the campus.
This campaign highlights the role of educational institutions in raising students’ environmental awareness and encouraging them to actively contribute to environmental protection and enhance the university’s aesthetic landscape.
The initiative embodies the campaign’s slogan: “Together we plant today to reap a cleaner environment and a greener future tomorrow,” reflecting the spirit of cooperation and volunteerism among students and faculty members.
