The Administrative Technical Institute organized a workshop titled “Promoting Social Accountability to Improve Basic Public Services,” in collaboration between the Department of Materials Management Techniques and the Career Development & Employment Unit.
The workshop was delivered by Asst. Lecturer Aseel Nader Mousa, with the attendance of Asst. Lecturer Zainab Hadeed Hamza, Head of the Department of Materials Management Techniques, along with a group of students from the department.
The session addressed key themes such as transparency, community participation, and their role in enhancing the quality of public services.
The workshop witnessed strong student engagement, reflecting the importance of such activities in fostering principles of good governance and strengthening community awareness.
