The Women’s Affairs Unit at the Administrative Technical Institute in Basra, in cooperation with the Independent High Electoral Commission, organized an educational seminar titled:
“The Relationship Between Student Behavior and the Practice of Daily Democracy Even Before Elections.”

The seminar was held in the discussion hall, attended by the Dean of the Institute and several staff members. It focused on the importance of fostering democratic behavior within the university environment as a key entry point to promoting conscious and responsible democratic practice in society.
